Katie’s journey into Pilates began after six years of teaching a variety of group fitness classes that include yoga, sculpt, barre, and group strength — but it was Pilates that truly captured her heart. After pursuing every workout under the sun, she turned to the practice to heal a shoulder injury and discovered the powerful impact of low-impact, mindful movement.
Drawn to anything that connects the mind, body, and breath, Katie quickly fell in love with the way Pilates supports not just physical strength, but confidence and clarity too. She’s especially passionate about movement that nurtures spinal health — because a strong, aligned spine is the foundation for living a vibrant, empowered life.
