Private Pilates sessions at Pilates Plus are fully customized to your individual needs, goals, and movement patterns.

Each 50-minute session includes personalized instruction, movement assessment, and guided progression using classical Pilates equipment including the reformer, tower, chair, Cadillac, high back chair, Baby Arm Chair, Pedi Pull, Swedish bars, ladder barrel, and spine correctors. Each piece of equipment is built to help you find the right connection in your body.

Whether you are completely new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or seeking more individualized attention, private sessions provide a thoughtful and supportive environment to move safely and effectively. You can then take that connection into class on the reformer, tower, or chair, building your body into a strong, flexible, and balanced one.

No. Many students begin Pilates through private sessions because they provide a supportive and personalized introduction to the equipment and exercises.

For many students, yes. Private sessions can be especially helpful for beginners, students recovering from injury, or anyone wanting more individualized guidance before entering a group class environment. We do not require that you take privates before classes. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us and we can assist you in the decision that is best for you.

Absolutely! Pilates is often used to support better movement, posture and body awareness to heal injuries and eliminate pain. Private session allow an individualized approach and sessions can be adapted for student dealing with pain or injuries.
