Private Pilates Session

Each Private session includes an assessment and then a customized movement work out that is just what your body needs that day. The teachers at Pilates Plus can offer more than the standard instruction. The one on one customization feels drastically different than a class setting. You are guided individually through each of the exercises and progress at your rate. The teachers at Pilates Plus listen to what you have to say and assist you in reaching your fitness/rehabilitation goals with each private session.
