Cathy earned her masters degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 1999.  She practiced as a PT in outpatient orthopedics until the birth of her 3rd child.  At that time, she was looking for a more flexible work schedule.  Knowing how much she enjoyed the manual therapy and the exercise prescription of PT, Pilates was a perfect fit!  She has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years.  She received her mat and apparatus certification through the Physical Mind Institute in NY and passed the NPCP exam.  She is able to give her clients the Pilates Method with the rehabilitation knowledge of physical therapy. Outside of being the owner her own Pilates studio, Cathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing tennis and golf.
