Emily is the Office Manager at Pilates Plus. She is here to assist you in scheduling that
first visit or adding a private session to your class schedule. She can also answer any
questions about the Pilates Plus app or your Mindbody account. She can be best

Originally from Okemos, Michigan, Emily grew up as a high-level Competitive gymnast but was taken out of the sport due to back injuries. She then went on to play four years of college lacrosse at Northern Michigan University. Upon graduating from Northern Michigan, Emily moved to Minnesota and discovered Pilates as a way to rehab her ongoing injuries and improve her overall health.
Emily found taking classes at Pilates Plus continued to fuel her passion for the work of the Pilates Method. She fell in love with not only the movement and challenge of Pilates but also with its profound impact it has had on her body. This incredible impact led her to enter the Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program to become a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.
Emily will complete her certification and begin teaching at Pilates Plus in 2026.
Outside of taking class and her own journey to becoming a Pilates Instructor, you will find her spending time with her husband and dog, Cooking, spending time with friends or coaching on the lacrosse field.
