Hannah graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Mass Media Communications in 2015. After beginning her career in all things media (Guest Hosting, Co-Hosting, Modeling, Customer Relations, and Sales), she began to realize how important maintaining life balance truly is.

With a desire to submerge herself in health and wellness, she received her Yoga Instructor’s certification through CorePower in 2016. Hannah then went on to continue her education in the fitness world, moving to California, where she completed the BASI Pilates instructor training.

The changes Hannah noticed in both her body and mind were remarkable. She is happy to be back home in Minnesota, and is eager to continue spreading the benefits of Pilates.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys campfires with the family, four wheeling, boating, skiing, fishing, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her two pips – Fancy and Georgia.
