In Level 1 classes, we focus on the fundamentals of classical Pilates and proper movement mechanics. This is the ideal starting point for those new to Pilates and a valuable class to revisit as you progress. You'll learn Pilates terminology, the classical exercise order, and become familiar with the Reformer, Tower, and Chair, including basic equipment adjustments with guidance. Classes move at a slower pace, allowing time to build confidence, technique, and body awareness. This level is also well-suited for those returning to Pilates or working around an injury.
